Of Fairies,
Spellweaving, and the Angel of the Garden.
If you can manage to procure rough chippings ofprecious and
semi-preciousstones, then do not be afraid of burying them in your
flowerbeds, for the stones of the earth, even the rocks and pebbles, are
alive and quickened with spirit, and their heartbeat can be sensed by
the wiseand the knowing.
Godsand spirits of great beauty dwell within the inner
magical world of precious stones, and the place where they are buried
will
produce harbours of
peace
and goodness, where flowers will grow and absorb
special vibrations from
the
crystals. These flowers may then be cut for the house
so that they might
impart their influences, strengthened by the abundantgraces which
preciousstones enshrine. Murmur this rune as you bury the stones:
'Gods and fairies in these stones,
Shine forth amidst Earth's soil and bones;
Let your essence bless these flowers
That their hues might wear your powers.'

FLOWERS
AND THEIR FAERIES
TOP
Remember that most flower faeries will reveal themselves in the colors
of the flowers itself. The flowers I have chosen to use in this section
are
ones that are most commonly found and are the most accessible. There is
a
vast variety of flowers and each has its own faeries and energies.
Many healing energies, properties and symbolic significances of flowers
are the result of faerie activity. Exploring those aspects of any flower
will
provide insight to the character of the faeries associated with them. As
you
learn to attune to one flower faerie, you will find it easier to attune
to
them all.
Angelica-
The flower faeries of angelica are very beautiful. The plant is from the
wild carrot family, and though many see it as not that beautiful, the
faeries
and elves belie such impressions. For anyone wishing to connect more
fully
with the angelic kingdom, this is a wonderful flower to learn to commune
with. The faeries of angelica strengthen the aura and they bring good
fortune
and strong energy. They hold knowledge of how to radiate more joy in all
circumstances. They can reveal the nature and cause of problems in your
life.
They will stimulate intuition, and they will even leave the flower and
follow
individuals they are attracted to for brief periods, serving as friends
and
temporary guardians.
Basil-
The faerie spirit of basil often shows itself in more of an elf form. It
holds knowledge of integrating sexually and spirituality. Wherever basil

faeries and spirits of basil help us awaken greater discipline and
devotion.
